If Alyaksandr Lukashenka decided to refuse from running for President, it would be a great shock to Lidziya Yarmoshyna. However, it could only shock her as an ordinary voter since she will no longer be the CEC chairperson at that time, Lidziya Yarmoshyna told Euroradio.
