Surprises from Lukashenka in his New Year address

Alexander Lukashenka will appear on TV screens in an unusual environment with his traditional New Year address. Belarus President's spokesman Pavel Lyogki said the president had never before read his address "in this interior and this location".
Lyogki would not elaborate on the details of Lukashenka's speech, saying it would be a surprise. It is also unclear where the president wil celebrate the New Year. The head of the president's press office said Lukashenka will have working days on December 30 and 31 and January 1, reports Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi.
