Ministry of Justice investigates activities of “BNF Youth”
The Ministry of Justice has demanded that the administration of BNF should present information about the activities of “BNF Youth”. According to the Ministry of Justice, all structures of political parties should be created in accordance with the territorial principle.
"Nevertheless, the Ministry of Justice is aware that some structure of BNF called “BNF Youth” has been active recently. A meeting of the structure took place on October 25-26, 2008 and its head was elected there”, - the press service of BNF quotes the deputy Minister of Justice.
The Ministry of Justice demands to present explanations about the reasons for creation and existence of “BNF Youth” within a week. The executive secretary of BNF Party Uladzimir Labkovich thinks that the demand contradicts the law. According to him, explanations will be sent to the Ministry of Justice.
