Intoxicated taxi driver caught in Minsk
The driving inspectorate will enhance the control over taxi drivers within the next 10 days.
The complex of preventive actions Bus will be carried out by Minsk driving inspectors on May 18-27.
Most attention will be paid to taxi drivers, Minsk-News reports. Inspectors will check taxis’ technical condition and the way the rules of passenger transportation are observed. Drivers’ physical condition will be checked both in jitneys and taxis.
A 28-eyar-old taxi driver met with a road accident and fled from the spot on May 6. Driving inspectors detained him soon afterwards. The man was intoxicated. There administrative protocols were drawn up against him.
