EU policy concerning Belarus to be discussed in Brussels today

EU Foreign Ministers will discuss the policy of the European Union concerning Belarus after the release of all political prisoners in Brussels today. A declaration is expected to be approved after the meeting.
The Foreign Minister of Belarus Syarhei Martynau was supposed to be invited to Brussels to take part in the negotiations of representatives of the EU administration. However it turned out that Martynau’s visit would be possible only after the parliamentary elections in our country.

The next meeting of EU Foreign Ministers will take place on October 13, informs BelaPAN.

Let us note that a former political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin is in Brussels now. He will represent the United Democratic Forces at the meeting of EU Foreign Ministers and will inform about the election campaign in Belarus.
