T.Puchak and N.Radzіvonava defeat leaders of world tennis doubles
Tatstsyana Puchak (31st position in doubles rating) and Nastassya Radzіvonava (46) have made it to the quarter final of a tennis tournament in Amelia Island (USA). The prize fund of the competition is 600 thousand dollars. The Belarusian-Russian duet defeated the leaders of women’s doubles Cara Black (Zimbabwe) and Liezel Huber (USA) in two sets on April 9 — 7:5, 6:2.
T.Pushak and N.Radzivonava will play with another Belarusian-Russian duet on April 10 – Victoria Azaranka (16) and Elena Vesnina (35). Volha Havartsova (43) will compete with Virginia Razzano from France (27) in the third round (1/8 final) of the single tournament on the same day.
