Tennis star Maria Sharapova in Belarus to visit Chernobyl-affected areas (photo)
Tennis star Maria Sharapova has arrived in Belarus and is now traveling in the Homel region to visit the Chernobyl-contaminated areas in this country. “I have just arrived and am on my way to check the projects that I have funded over the past several years. I can't wait to see my grandmother tonight", Maria Sharapova, who has roots in Belarus, wrote on her facebook page.
