t.A.T.u. become actresses
The participants of the t.A.T.u. pop-duet are to play in a new feature movie about themselves. The plot is based on the book "t.A.T.u. Come Back" by Alexey Mitrofanov, with Julya Volkova and Lena Katina will be playing themselves. Filming is planned to begin in April. The flick has a draft title of "In search of Tatu". Characters are to use English.
The flick will be directed by the U.S.-based Roland Joffe, the man who was nominated for Oscar in 1985 and 1987, but unfortunately did not get one. It is not revealed what other actors are in the cast.
According to Yulya Volkova, the flick is expected to be "really scandalous".
