Pinsk builders have constructed the first 10-storey block-of flats for the first time. The highest building of the capital of Palesse used to have nine storeys until now. The additional storey is the local authorities’ attempt to lower the housing cost. A square meter in the new building will cost 1 million 390 thousand rubles. It is almost a quarter less than in concrete buildings.
