Sadouski: Lukashenka insults everyone – Medvedev and Barroso
Lukashenka’s scandalous insults are unlikely to cause any international reaction.
The first Belarusian Ambassador to Germany Pyatro Sadouski has expressed the opinion in an interview with Euroradio.
Euroradio: Lukashenka has called Barroso “an asshole”. What diplomatic consequences will it inflict for Belarus?
Sadouski: “There can be no evident direct consequences because it was not for the first time. He is insulting everyone!.. This person should be stopped and he should be stopped on the international level”.
Euroradio: Will European politicians react to it?
Sadouski: “They will not sue him – that’s absurd. He called Guido Westerwelle “a faggot” and used allusions and hints for others. These people think that dealing with and reacting to it is unworthy”.
Euroradio: Has Lukashenka ever insulted the Russian President – is he afraid of Russia?
Sadouski: “He did it once when he quarreled with the Russian administration. He said that Medvedev was “a boy addicted to the Internet”. It was not a compliment, was it? However, he is changing like a weather-vane – he can say one thing today and change his mind tomorrow”.
