Russian justice ministry to represent country in court battle with Belarus over crude duties

The Russian government has empowered the country's Ministry of Justice to represent Russia's interest during the hearing of Belarus' lawsuit over the crude export duties at the CIS Economic Court, according to the resolutio signed by Russian PM Vladimir Putin. On March 25 the government of Belarus filed a lawsuit with the CIS Economic Court against Russia's export duties on crude and petrochemical products. During the hearings, Belarus will also be represented by the country's Ministry of Justice, reports Belapan.
