Russian ministries, departments and state-owned companies will have a new position: deputy head for information and political work. The job of such employees will consist not only of conducting political campaigns but also of building a system of internal communication among employees.

"Such a system will explain to employees at all levels the goals and objectives in their field and national policy," Kommersant reports, citing a source close to the presidential administration, which recommended introducing this new position.

As conceived by the AP, the "deputies" will also be involved in HR work: they will take an interest in how their teams are feeling and look into the causes of "possible tension.

Such "deputies" have already appeared in some organizations. According to an employee of one of the companies, each of its subdivisions has recently appointed a person to inform employees about events in support of the Russian army. The head office, for this purpose, sends orders for the placement of various visual content.

"But they don't make them do it yet and suggest that these posters could be placed on the premises of other units if they wish," the source said. According to him, the company welcomes flash mobs, sports festivals and other "activities" under the slogans of the moral support of the Russian army.
