Vitsebsker Syarhei Ryzhou forcibly delivered to Prosecutor’s Office

The ex-presidential contender, Vitsebsker Syarhei Ryzhou, has lodged a complaint about it to Attorney General Ryhor Vasilevich. Policemen caught him right after his visit to the doctor and forcibly delivered him to the Office of the Public Prosecutor where he had to give explanations.

"I am indignant at the circumstances of this forced delivery to the Office of the Public Prosecutor (…) and at the negligence of my complaint about their illegal action”, - says Ryzhou in his complaint.

In Ryzhou’s opinion, he is still under psychological pressure and “the pressure has been exercised for six months”.

Let us remind you that Ryzhou urged Belarusians to go on strike on July 3 on the Internet the day before his detention. The aims of the strike are Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s resignation, release of political prisoners and a new presidential election.
