Two prisoners escape from Mazyr correctional colony

Prisoners escaped from the correctional colony No. 20 in Mazyr. Police have stopped all traffic movement within the prison zone, to check all vehicles. Police patrols have been enforced in the city. 

Policemen from the district department of internal affairs have confirmed to Radio Liberty that two prisoners escaped from the place where they served punishment. The motives of the prison break are unknown. The policemen have stated that one of the escapers was caught at about 11.00.
