Russia's President speaks about Minsk terrorist act

"No one is separated by a wall from the events which are happening in the world today, and the incident which happened in Minsk shows that criminals, scums like those who put the explosive device in Minsk metro, are everywhere, - Medvedev said.

"There are such criminals in our country as well, and in many other countries. Unfortunately, this taint has come to Belarus as well today. Belarusian authorities will have to do a lot for rehabilitation of common moods which usually lead to crimes like this", — Russia's President underlined.

He also added: "However, basing on our experience, I can tell the following: it is much easier to find an executor than to understand which mechanisms were used in this case, who was the organizer of the crime and what his aims were. In case there is no absolutely obvious version, I mean. I think our Belarusian colleagues should focus on this today".
