Parliamentary election to take place in Belarus on September 23?
The CEC Chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna informed this possible date to the journalists.
Yarmoshyna expressed an opinion that the President will sign a decree on appointment of the election date in June, reports BelaPAN.
The journalists asked whether the ODIRR OSCE observing mission will be invited to the election. According to Yarmoshyna, this will be decided by the state leader and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Central Elections Committee's head thinks that the latest decisions taken by the European Union will also be considered. Alongside with that, she underlined that the CIS observers would work without any limitations.
