Moscow banks sell dollars for 28 thousand Belarusian roubles
The exchange rate has been defined by “Investment Union”.
The exchange rates in other Moscow banks are not that high. For example, “Esidbank” sells American dollars for 14 thousand Belarusian roubles, informs BelaPAN. The only foreign banks that still dare to deal with the Belarusian rouble and use the exchange rate is close to the real one are situated in Lithuania. For example, the bank “Citadel” sells dollars for 9400 Belarusian roubles. Its currency exchange office situated near the railway terminal in Vilnius has become a real Mecca for Belarusians.
