Early voting stays
Though Russia canceled it due to a lot of rigged election results caused by early voting.
Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission Antonio Milošoski thinks that early voting is a positive thing and a European practice, Lidziya Yarmoshyna said at the final CEC meeting dedicated to the election results.
That is why the CEC will not cancel the practice of early voting despite the fact that it has been done in Russia because of a lot of rigged election results caused by early voting.
Lidziya Yarmoshyna: "There is not required turnout in Russia and we have it!"
CEC recognized the parliamentary election results on September 28. All the 109 elected MPs were registered.
