Civil activist Ihar Sluchak detained in Homel

He managed to inform BelaPAN about it by phone. Sluchak will stay in jail until his trial on August 29.

 

The activist wanted to meet journalists on August 27 in order to inform them about the results of his personal campaign “Paper work in Belarus” and to discuss the possibility of reforming the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to Sluchak, he invited journalists from independent and governmental mass media as well as policemen.
