Belarus plans to take $1,5 billion-worth loans in 2013

The Ministry of Finance plans to refinance half of these payments. "We will work in the following directions: firstly, we need to receive two tranches from the EurAsEs anti-crisis fund in the scope of 0.9 billion dollars. Secondly, we have already started working on coming out to the international capital markets with an aim of possible placement of state obligations in 2013", - says Minister of Finance Andrei Kharkavets, quotes BelaPAN.

According to the information provided by "Interfax-West" news agency, in 2013 Belarus will be able to place bonds for 500-600 million dollars in Europe or Asian region.
