Belarus football team goes down by 8 positions on rankings
Heorhi Kandratsiyeu's team has 447 points and is in the 77th position now. Our closest neighbours are Benin, Guinea and Trinidad and Tobago.
A new version of the International Federation of Football rankings has been published on the official FIFA website this Wednesday.
Spain is the leader of the rankings with 1691 points and Germany is in the second position. Uruguay is in the third position, Italy has gone up from the 12th to the 6th position. Russia has preserved its 13th position although it did not play successfully at the recent European Championship.
Let us remind you that Belarus national team played only one match last month - the game with Lithuania ended in a tie in Minsk stadium "Dynama" - 1:1.
