Attempt of forcible takeover of queue to currency exchange office in Minsk

A group of people of a non-Slavic appearance tried to force other people off the queue to the "Belarusbank" currency exchange office. There is a record of those who are standing in a queue, which contains more than 200 people. About 50 people from this record and about 25 of new-comers, who tried to take over the first places by force, took part in the conflict.

There was no fight but some women have bruises on their arms after the incident. When the situation got tense, someone called the police, then special police arrived and took away the attackers. Besides, this was not the first incident of the kind. Unknown people came to the currency exchange office on May 16 as well, but there were twice less of them then, Charter'97 informs with a reference to Interfax news agency.
