Andrej Pratasenia - unknown figurant in "mass disturbances" case?
A 29-year-old programmer was arrested on February 9 and is now in the KGB jail. He iss officially accused of participation in "mass disturbances" under Art 293.
Andrej's brother Aliaksandr Pratasenia has informed about this.
According to him, Andrej was at the Square on December 19, but took no part in any disturbances. The apartment of their parents was searched on February 9, and Andrej was taken to the KGB jail.
“I don't know exactly how he was arrested as I didn't see him on that day. I only know that it happened not at home”, — Aliaksandr has said to the human rights center "Viasna".
