Aliaksandr Fiaduta strats studying case materials

According to the politician's wife Maryna Fiaduta, her husband has been denied in his appeal to change the restraint from imprisonment to a non-leave obligation, Radio Racyja informs.

"He is to start studying the case materials since today. There are 25 volumes in the case and many things are written there. I don't know whether he has admitted guilt or not. Appeals to make restraint milder were declined. He is holding on, but what's the point saying something - the situation is not a joyful one, he does not hope for anything good", - Maryna Fiaduta has said.

Aliaksandr Fiaduta used to be accused of organization of mass disturbances on December 19, 2010 in Minsk. However, he and 5 more persons named in the case were presented a new accusation on March 30 - organization and preparation of actions which severely violate public order. This article prescribes much milder punishment.
