Ales Byalyatski transferred to Babruisk colony #2

BelaPAN informs about it referring to Byalyatski’s wife Natallya Pinchuk. Opposition activists Andrei Pratasenya and Andrei Kim used to serve their sentences in colony #2.

Let us remind you that Byalyatski was sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment and confiscation of property.

The international democratic community and the administration of the European Union, the USA and a number of other states consider Baylyatski to be a political prisoner and urge to release him. MPs of 27 member states of the Council of Europe have supported the nomination of the Belarusian human rights defender for the Nobel Peace Prize.
