Ales Byalyatski: I would be happy if opposition politicians were released

Ales Byalyatski's wife Natallia Pinchuk has told Euroradio that they had enough time to talk everything over. It turned out that Byalyatski had known about yesterday's statement of Alyaksandr Lukashenka who did not exclude soon release of the political prisoners who had filed corresponding appeals.

Natallia Pinchuk: "He receives correspondence, he knows the latest news. He is aware of such basic moments of the life at freedom. He said that he would be happy if this happened and these people were released".

According to her, Ales did not complain about his health. He said only that work took much time. Byalyatski works at the sewing manufacture, packs the ready production. 

Let us remind you, human rights defender Ales Byalyatski was sentenced to 4,5 years of imprisonment for tax evasion, in November 2011. The EU and the US consider him a political prisoner and demand his immediate release.
