Raman Kislyak detained in Brest
Raman Kislyak, a human rights activist, has been detained in Brest today. Kislyak informed BelaPAN that he had started distributing a special issue of the “Do not be afraid!” bulletin prepared by the Belarusian Committee for Protection of the repressed “Solidarity” near Brest City and Province Executive Committees at about 1 p.m.
"A policeman approached me 15 minutes later and I was delivered to the Executive Committee”, - informed the human rights defender.
