Germany, France and Russia should make some decision now, he said. “Some decision should be made. Otherwise, the process is senseless. The negotiations do not affect the events on the shipping line without fast political decisions,” the representative of militants claimed.
Russia and the OSCE have no ‘break-though’ documents now, he added.
Battles in Donets Basin continue day and night, official Kiev announced.
