Punitive measures to be “regulated” in Belarus
Punitive measures for violation of business undertakings will be “regulated” in Belarus.
A corresponding project will be worked out by a work group created by the Ministry of Finance. It will include representatives of the government, the union of entrepreneurs, International Financial Organization and the scientific research institute of the Ministry of Economy.
It is planned that the work group will consider issues that have long been worrying the business community. For example, the shortening of the gap between the minimal and the maximum fines, reduction of the number of violations leading to fines and imposing sanctions for violation of economical activity only after a court decision.
