Poland asks Belarus to help with plane crash investigation

Poland has asked Belarus to help with the investigation of the governmental plane crash in Katyn. The Polish Attorney General Andrzej Seremet informed about it on the TVN channel in the programme “Dot all the i's” on July 8. The program’s presenter asked the prosecutor whether it was clear what the shots that could be heard in the video made in the catastrophe site. Seremet replied that the video had been shot by a Belarusian right after the crash and that the Polish Office of the General Public Prosecutor had asked Belarus to interrogate the person. Polish prosecutors made a list of questions on two pages. The author of the video has to answer them. The Polish Office of the Public Prosecutor is waiting for Belarus to comply with this request.
