Poland and Germany forbid entrance to Russian Night Wolves

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a diplomatic note to the Russian Embassy to Warsaw on April 24. Russia was informed about the fact that the Night Wolves had been forbidden to enter Poland due to ‘the absence of exact information about the group’s schedule in Poland’.

Germany also annulled the visas given to the Russian bikers earlier.

The Night Wolves were planning to celebrate the anniversary of the WWII victory and ride across Russia, Belarus, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany – towards Berlin. The Polish authorities called the action a provocation. The Night Wolves actively participated in the Russian annexation of Crimea.

Some Belarusian opposition structures demanded that the Belarusian authorities forbade the Night Wolves to enter the country.
