Pavel Borodin: Nobody abroad knows about union state

"I am a bit shocked, but nobody abroad knows about the union state", Belarus-Russia union state secretary Pavel Borodin said during the Slavic Bazaar international music festival in Vitsebsk, northern Belarus.
Borodin reckons that his institution needs spinning off abroad. At the same, according to Borodin, "Tadjiks, Uzbeks, Azeri and Ukrainians grab hands, longing for entering the union state".

Pavel Borodin claims that 26000 enterprises with 5 million job work for the union state. There are 40 programs, while the budget of the union state (which is not reflected in the Constitutions of the two countries" amounts to nearly 5 billion Russian roubles, reports Belapan.
