Navumau is not satisfied with level of attainment of drivers

The Minister of Internal Affaires Uladzimir Navumau is not satisfied with the level of attainment of drivers at special courses.
According to him, if driving tests would be as hard as entrance exams at universities only 10% of the current driving school students would get a driving license.

Navumau claimed that he was against the idea that the Ministry of Transport and Communication should start issuing driving licenses.
