Montenegro to introduce visas for Belarusians

Montenegro has informed the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affaires that it will introduce visas for citizens of a number of countries including Belarus on March 25. The press secretary of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrei Papou has informed about it.
"In our opinion, the introduction of visas contradicts to the agreement reached by the Republic of Belarus and the union government of the Union Republic of Yugoslavia on March 4, 1999.  Visas were cancelled back then. However, Montenegro has the right of succession in this agreement. The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has turned to the Foreign Ministry of Montenegro asking to organize consultations concerning this issue soon”, - claimed Papou.
