Talking today in front of the German Parliament Foreign Relations Committee, the leader of the united pro-democracy forces in Belarus, Aliaksandr Milinkevich poured criticism on Europe's policy to restore contacts with the dictatorial regime of Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
