Milinkevich gets Br700K fine for "unauthorized picket" in Salihorsk

Alexander Milinkevich, the leader of For Freedom movement, was on Thursday fined by a court in Salihorsk with Br700,000 ($350). The opposition politician continues touring the regions of the country and today had several meetings with local residents in Salihorsk. Some 50 people gathered at the local market place to talk with Milinkevich.

Two market vendors later appeared in court to testify that Milinkevich was allegedly distributing leaflets that called to stage an unauthorized action. Nasha Niva newspaper notes that those people could be possibly forced to make a false testimony.
