Mass fight in a Homel cafe

A mass fight broke out in the eastern Belarusian city of Homel. On November 10, two companies of young people had a quarrel in the local cafe Krynitsa and had to call for help from friends. When police arrived at the scene, at least 60 people were taking part in the fight.

Having spotted the policemen, the fighters rushed towards them, trying to take away their automatic rifles. Officers fired shots into the air, but it did not help. The mob attacked the officers and started beating them. It is unclear whether they managed to sezie the weapons.

After police sent reinforcement, the participants of the fight ran off. However, six people were arrested, reports Belapan.
