The band “Lyapis Trubetskoy” are recording their new album in Kiev. However, the band have not revealed the secret of their new disc and the release date yet.

"Mihalok has “made public” one of the songs from the new album - “Not to be a brute”. This will be the album’s style, - says the band’s producer, Yauhen Kalmykou. – There are release dates but I will not reveal them.  That’s my bitter experience. Whenever we announce release dates in advance, we are unable to finish our work in time and we feel sorry because we cannot release the album. We do npt want to be taken hostages by our own promises”.

By the way, a Moscow club attracted a record number of viewers thanks to the Lyapises. The band gave a sold out concert in one of Moscow’s biggest stages - “Arena Moscow”.

"According to the owners of the club all the tickets were sold in advance, - Yauhen Kalmykou has shared his impressions. – About 5000 viewers gathered there. That is why we are in such an elated mood today. There were a lot of Belarusians”.

Meanwhile, Syarhei Mihalok continues surprising by his good shape. He appeared on “Arena Moscow” stage looking like a well-trained boxer in red shorts. The tattoo “Not to be a brute” appeared on Mihalok’s impressive chest together with the new song.

Yauhen Kalmykou does not refute the evident changes in Mihalok’s appearance either:

"Indeed! He is flying somewhere! He is mutating! I keep watching him and thinking: what will it lead to? To be brief, he is flying away! It would not be enough to say that everything that is happening to Mihalok is caused by the preparation for the new album. But you can also measure him in albums”, - laughs Yauhen Kalmykou.

Besides the new album, there will be one more premiere prepared by the Lyapises: the film “Star Nap” with Syarhei Mihalok will be out at the end of the month. The film has already been shot, however, its producers (Nikolai Kopeikin and Andrei Kogodeyev) have decided to take their time before the premiere.

Yauhen Kalmykou: "They have been tweaking it for a long time. They are simply taking their time in life. Nevertheless, the film will be ready in October. We might organize one of the premiers in Minsk. It is really possible to do it. But it will be clear at the end of the month”.
