In the program “Markov. Nothing personal” on the ONT TV channel Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s press secretary Natallya Eismant commented on the notion of dictatorship.

Eismant: “Dictatorship is a very interesting word today. It is perceived very differently ... This is an unusual tendency that I often think about. After all, we use this word in completely different senses. Sometimes with a satirical nuance. And sometimes, today, in 2019, the word dictatorship, I don’t know whether you agree with me or not, is acquiring some kind of positive shade of meaning... We see what is happening around, we see chaos, sometimes confusion ... And you know, Marat, I may say some paradoxical or unexpected thing, but sometimes it seems that very soon there may be a demand for dictatorship in the world, because today we see dictatorship as order, discipline, and an absolutely normal and peaceful life. Well, what can I say. I think we utter this word so often that dictatorship is our brand. "
