Football: Arsenal's Hleb snubs Inter's offer

The future of Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb remains unsettled after the Belarus international has rejected an offer from Italian giants Inter, according to Hleb's agent Nikolai Shpilevski. It will be within the next two weeks when the situation around Hleb's plans will become clear. However, Shpilevski also stressed that Hleb has a valid contract with Arsenal up to 2010.

Belarus's leading sports newspaper Pressball links Hleb's refusal to join Inter Milan with the appointment of Jose Mourinio as Inter's new manager. Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona are reportedly leading the chase for the Belarus skipper.
