Czech foreign minister to visit Minsk

Czech foreign minister Karel Schwarzenberg will visit Minsk on April 16-17. The program of his visit is yet to be finalized, so it unclear whom he is to meet when in Belarus.

Karel Schwarzenberg said earlier that the issue of inviting Alexander Lukashenka to the founding summit of the Eastern Partnership program remains open and depends on "how the Belarus leader will behave and how the situation in Belarus will develop". The Czech Republic is currently holding the rotating EU presidency.
