CIS Economic Court reviews Belarus oil suit against Russia
The CIS Economic Court has begun studying the law suit filed by Belarus against Russia over the oil export duty. Belarus maintains that the export duties for the Russian crude oil and petrochemical products confront with the bilateral agreements. Grachya Simonian, the head of staff at the CIS Economic Court (based in Minsk), confirmed the papers were being processed but declined a comment.
