BSDP (Assembly) to conduct recurrent meeting after presidential election

Social democrats will conduct the 13th meeting for the second time after the New Year’s Day. One of the party leaders Mechyslau Hryb has informed ERB about it.
Let us remind you that the Ministry of Justice announced the party meeting organized on October 10 illegitimate. Anatol Sidarevich replaced Anatol Lyaukovich in the position of the party leader back then.

According to Hryb, the decision about the meeting was taken at a meeting of the presidium. Anatol Lyaukovich was invited there. However, Lyaukovich decided to leave “rivals” behind three days before the meeting and summoned his adherents in the presidium. However, Hryb says that more than half of the members of the presidium were not present at Lyaukovich’s meeting so it was nullified.

Hryb says that presidium members voted “no confidence” because of Lyaukovich’s deception:

Hryb: “We will summon the central committee after the presidential election. It will happen in January. We will decide on the date of the congress because the presidium is not empowered to do it. The main thing is that presidium members did not trust Lyaukovich due to numerous deceptions, falsification, and all these discrepancies”.

The deputy head Ihar Maslouski is the actual party leader now, said Hryb.
