Blast occurs in residential building in Minsk, a woman dies

Spokesman of Minsk branch of the Ministry for Emergency Situations Vital Dembouski has informed that the rescuers are working at the incident site. They found a woman's body when they were extinguishing the fire. The reasons for the fire are still unknown.
