Belaya Rus's membership totals 75,000
The membership of the Belaya Rus public association has reached 75,000 people, deputy chairman Alyaksandr Shatsko told the Belapan news agency.
The organization is growing very quickly, he said. By April 25 all the regional branches will nominate their delegates for the organization's first congress.
Parallel to the nomination of delegates, new members keep joining, Shatsko noted. Addressing the congress of the Agrarian Party on March 15 in Minsk, Alyaksandr Radzkoy, Belarus's education minister and the chairman of the Belaya Rus, stated that the membership of this organization went over 50,000 people.
