Belarusian government forbids oil companies to export black oil

Belarusian government has forbidden oil companies to export back oil. The ban concerns companies supplying oil to Belarusian filling stations on tallage terms.
Companies will have to supply black oil to the domestic market for 100 thousand roubles per ton which is the minimum cost of this kind of fuel.

According to a Russian agency PRIME-TASS, “Belhaftahim” is consolidating the amount of black oil to allow its usage as reserve fuel. Concern specialists admit that it may be cheaper to organize heating with black oil rather than gas next year as the price for gas has not been defined yet.
