Belarus takes second position in the rating of consumer price growth

According to the results of January-November 2009, Belarus took the second position in the rating of consumer price growth among other post Soviet states. An analysis of the data presented by national statistic institutions conducted by BelaPAN testifies to it.
Belarus was the leader of the rating in the first quarter of the year and was left behind by Ukraine in April. It yielded the position to Russia in June and left it behind again in October.

Prices have growth by 11.3% in Ukraine, by 8.7% - in Belarus and by 8.4% - in Russia since the beginning of the year.
