Banned band Krama to approach president's office

The culture department at the Minsk City Hall has recommended the organizers of a performance by the popular band Krama to file an application to a higher authority -- the Ministry of Culture or the Office of the President's ideology department, concert organizer Pavel Kashyryn told ERB. The concert is scheduled to take place on May 15 to launch the band's new album. A relevant application was filed.

According to Kashyryn, their application has not been rejected. But permission has not bee issued either. The concert organizers are set to file applications with higher authorities for a concert to take place in May as planned.
