American Emmanuel Zetzer is accused of espionage
An American citizen, lawyer Emmanuel Zelzer, who has been kept in the KGB confinement cell since March has been accused of smuggling drugs, using forged documents and commercial espionage. A Russian citizen Vladlena Bruskova (Funk) is accused of the same things except for smuggling.

Kay claimed that he was the executor of Patarkatsyshvili’s testament and presented the corresponding document in February. However, the billionaire’s close relatives claimed that the document has been forged by lawyer Zelzer. The American was detained in Minsk soon afterwards.
According to BelaPAN, Tbilisi Court admitted that Kay was the executor of Bodri Patarkatsishvili’s testament in May.
