Alyaksandr Lukashenka starts 2-day visit to Vatican
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is starting a visit to Italy and the Vatican appointed for May 20 and 21. The Belarusian President will negotiate with Italian President Sergio Mattarella. Belarus-Italy relations in trade and economy and investment cooperation will be discussed at the meeting, the President’s press service reports.
Social attention will be paid to the creation of a full-blown legal base for Belarus-Italy cooperation.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka will meet Pope Francis in the Vatican. They will discuss the further cooperation between Belarus and the Roman Catholic Church.
